Student Goal:

The purpose of this lesson is to understand the law of color as it relates to all forms of haircoloring along with successfully demonstrating various haircolor techniques and salon-ready  trends

Student Objective:

Given multiple lectures, examples, study guides, guided practice and student resources, the students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of hair color theories and procedures by completing a written and performance assessment that requires a grade of 75% or higher. Upon completion of this lesson students will: 1. Identify the principles of color theory as they relate to haircolor. 2. Explain level and tone and their role in formulating haircolor. 3. List the 4 different categories of hair color 4. Explain the action of hair lighteners
