Student Goal:
Students will have an understanding of proper client safety procedures along with theories covering the hair and scalp
Student Objective:
Given lectures, examples, study guides and guided practice, the students will be able to demonstrate proper client consultation/communication, draping, scalp care, theories and procedures by completing a written and performance assessment that requires a 75% or higher.
The purpose of this lesson is to show students the first opportunity to reinforce your position as a cosmetology professional who attends to the specific,individual needs of our clients. Students will be able to identify, examine and address scalp and hair conditions and be able to refer to a physician if needed.
